I will help guide meal prep, macros, workout routines, cardio schedule, posing, show choice, and suit. I will also help guide peak week and weekly check in’s with pictures. I have knowledge on several federations and can help you choose which federation or show that would suit you best.

This option for coaching has me as your functional fitness advisor and we would complete weekly assessments through the 1st Phorm app to make sure you are headed in the right direction with water, sleep, nutrition, movement, step count, etc.

Most of us are busy parents, or busy working 1 or multiple jobs. Grabbing and/or cooking nutritiously dense foods can be hard. Let me help you plan your meals for the week. I will show you the best ways to cook food, how to cook in bulk, how to proportion meals and how to store the cooked food once prepared. I will educate you on how to incorporate fresh herbs to give flavor to your meals.
Meet 1-on-1 and allow me to design a completely custom 12-week workout plan specifically created for you. Together we will discuss your fitness goals, focus areas, preferred workout environment (such as at home or in a gym), how many days you commit to working out and how much time you dedicate to your workouts. Through our consultation, I will learn what is important to you and create your custom workout program.
