Ott Wellness has been a dream in the works for several years. I began struggling with energy, self-image, and nutrition choices after having our daughter and son. I also missed the competitive sport in my life. That led me to compete in my first bodybuilding competition in 2018. It not only became a burning passion, but a way of life.
I started my career in Physical Therapy in 2011 and am very passionate about advocating for my patients. I quickly learned health and wealth have a strong meaning and it is not just about your physique and physical appearance. Rather, it is about sustainability in the way you feel, the energy you have, the strength you possess and the knowledge of what you learn along the way.
Wellness is power. Wellness is health. Wellness is wealth. I am embarking on a journey to partner with you to achieve your wellness goals so you can improve upon the strengths you already have.
I have two children who are very active , and we are blessed! I have a husband who is a dream come true and supports my every aspiration. He is very athletic and active, too, so he pushes me to be my best self.
